Thanks for the time spent with the Honda club this evening. Very encouraging to see such a thoughtful and proactive approach to keeping us right side up. Will be in touch soon to arrange a BikeWise training run..weather permitting! Keep it up, all the best.

Really enjoyed the treasure hunt. An excellent days riding for a very good cause. There was mention earlier of some photos from the day appearing on the website. Just wondered if this was still on the cards ?

The mystery ride wasn't a mystery for long, the first clue brought us straight back home! Well done everyone for the money raised for a very worthy cause.

Thanks to Ali and the GNAA girls for arranging a very enjoyable day, particularly for managing to arrange such good weather.
Only one clue gave us a real challenge - make it a bit harder next year, sort the men from the boys!

Just to offer my overwhelming support for Mick and Bob from the Bikewise training program. I had a wonderful day and received the highest standard of training. It was one of the most memorable learning experiences I have had. I would highly recommend this course.

Well done to all concerned 1st time on the run was a very enjoyable day and the weather was kind, fantastic roads and all in our county! Would recommend to anyone and all for a very good & deserving cause. There was definitely some team spirit trying to solve the clues. Only one negative comment I would have appreciated before we set off that the helicopter was going to attend the event and maybe be advised of approximate time .We were having such a good time riding around the county we missed its visit. I understand that it could have been on duty and saving lives, but i was disappointed and so were other folk that we had missed it. I am sure that this event will over the years get bigger and bigger and is another winner for the Durham police bike section. Oops and of course the fantastic people and crew of the air ambulance
again well done to everyone involved
Best regards Jeff

Just got into biking last year and wish I had done it years ago.
Had a great time on the Mystery Ride, some "interesting" roads and a great way to raise money for a deserving cause.
My wife was disappointed she had to work but we managed to pick her up on the way back for the end back at Police HQ.
Only one question........when is the next one?

Had a great day out on the 'Mystery Ride'. Interesting roads and not-too-difficult clues, only required one U-turn! Thanks to Ali and all at Durham Police Bike Section and GNAA for a fun day on the bike. Hope the fundraising went well. Can't wait for next year!

As a biker of 1 year, I still lacked confidence on the roads, especially on bends. I had a great day out (in the wet) with Bob and he had me riding my bike well beyond my own expectations.
A brilliant day and I'm looking forward to a safe and more able biking future. Would recommend BikeWise Training to anybody who is serious about improving their riding skills.

Good to see PC's Ali Bonar and Wil Cousins in the Wear Valley Mercury on trailies!
I'm a member of a large bike club and members in the rest of the country are amazed at the relationship between us and the Durham Bike Section.
You're the best, keep it up.

A big thankyou for the best show yet.
I was also one of the 3 lucky winners of the Bikewise training competition and have just spent a really enjoyable and informative day out on the bike with Bob Brown.
I would recommend this to anyone with a bike

Dear Sirs
Last Sunday we had the great pleasure of visiting the Bikewise event for the first time.
Although not bikers ourselves, we found the event to be very well organised with a varied and interesting programme of events that made for a full and fun day out.
Hope that you were able to enjoy the day as much as the visiting public obviously did.
With many thanks

What a fantastic day Bikewise 2008 was. The weather was so much better than the Easter Egg run. I have talked to so many people and made new friends from the biking world. The organization was great bet they were warm in uniform. Thanks to the Motorcycle police for a great day out!!
